Using American Express Centurion (Black) Card to Bond w/ Clients

In my world of international currency, there are many businesses now that offer the Iraqi Dinar to clients as an investment.
Like any competitive market, we all offer similar prices, and offer the exact same product.
Because of that, it’s helpful to figure out ways to creatively differentiate myself from the rest of the market.
Since people are investing in the Iraqi Dinar in hopes that the Iraqi economy will become a burgeoning market, and their currency will rise in value, I decided to do something that would provide inspiration.
What I do is Photoshop the name, or company name of each potential client who emails me with questions, onto an American Express Centurion (Black) Card, and send them the following email:
——–
Hello again,
I hope I was able to answer all your questions.
In addition, I decided to do something fun (and maybe even a bit kooky) for you.
I like to do special, unusual things for my clients to provide inspiration for what may certainly be very high returns on our investments.
——–
It’s simple and takes me almost no time to do. I just open up the file in Photoshop, change the name, save it as a .png file, and insert it into the email.
Also, as you’ll note, I do no selling. I don’t even mention them ordering. I just give them something nice.
In any business, there are many times when a customer inquires, but doesn’t buy.
Rather than hassle them by hard selling, I use creativity to inspire them.
The above email and Photoshopped American Express Centurion card is a perfect example.
That prospect had emailed four times with varying questions, and I dutifully answered each of them.
They had said that they’d get the money out on Friday.
Well, that didn’t happen since it was Veteran’s Day and the banks were closed.
The person could have done it Saturday, or Monday, but I didn’t hear back.
Then when I sent the above email, I got this response within a couple hours:
——–
Sorry I didn’t get this done but it was a banking holiday Fri.I’m going to send it right now be in touch when I get back!
——–
The person may have initially decided they weren’t going to order from me, but it seems that my simple act of giving them something unique, and fun, put them back in my corner.
After they sent payment, I got this response:
——–
I have sent you the payment. The MTCN is [XXXXX] you should have it. Thanks for your help.I’ll be purchasing more in the days ahead
——–
Not only did I get the sale, but it’s likely they’ll be ordering more.
You may think that this is drastic to do with each person who emails.
That may be true in many markets, but I have high dollar clients, and this really helps to distinguish me.
I had originally developed the idea by Photoshopping Facebook friends’ names into the American Express Black Card as you can see in this album by Clicking Here.
It helps me bond with the potential client, allows them to dream bigger monetary dreams, and drastically differentiates me from the competition.
